Each year we raise a small quantity of Bourbon Red Turkeys for Thanksgiving. Processing is a bottle neck with almost no options available for the small farm producer. It’s sad, but true that our farming industry is only focused on factory farmed birds. We are usually sold out months in advance so call early if interested.
